- All our machines has the Power Factor above 0.95 – 0.99 at all power levels. Higher power factor means that our machine required less KVA than the Parallel inverter design.
LOWER HARMONICS :
- Our furnaces are built with full angle conduction rectifier. As there is no firing angle control in the rectifier, as a result; extremely low Line distortion at all power level.
POWER CONSUMPTION :
- Our digital control operates the furnace to maximum efficiency that resulted best possible power consumption.
NOISE FREE SCR FIRING CIRCUIT :
- Fibre optic cables for all the critical signals such as Firing Signal to Inverter SCRs, Converter SCRs, Over Voltage Detection etc. Fibre optic cable has the following advantages over the conventional signal detection by wire.
- Fibre optic signal eliminate the false tripping due to the misfiring of SCRs. conventional cablesoften pick up the noise in the presence of heavy magnetic field during operation of the furnace.
- Noise free firing signal to SCRs and IGBTs.
- Fibre optic cable has the lighting speed to transmit the signal. The life of the SCRs will be greater as the firing pulses are withdrawn in microseconds instead of mili seconds. This reduces the time for the critical excessive stress on the SCRs and Capacitors in the eventof short circuit or over voltage.
ACTIVE FIRING CARDS
- Active Firing Cards are used for all SCRcontrol. These firing cards have the inbuiltsignal conditioning circuit that ensure the healthy firing Pulse to the SCRs under any condition.
